Initially studying for an A level in Fine Art, then a Foundation Diploma, I found myself drawn toward 3-dimensional arts and chose to study for a BA(Hons) in Contemporary Decorative Crafts at Lincoln University. To my own surprise it was stone carving that took my interest.
I combine the craft of stone carving with abstracted figurative and non figurative art.
My work reflects the influences of both crafts and arts.
I am a member of the Contemporary Craft Network and an associate member of the Design Factory.
